The 35th Irish Conference of Medievalists will be held at Queen’s University Belfast from the 30th of June to 2nd of July. The 30th of June will be online through MS Teams, while the 1st and 2nd of July will be in-person in 0G029 of the Elmwood Building, School of Natural and Built Environment, QUB, BT71NN.

Prof. Gordon Noble of the University of Aberdeen (online 30th June):
‘Combining historical and archaeological sources for the study of early medieval Scotland’
Prof. Elva Johnston of University College Dublin (in-person 1st of July).
‘Writing Irish History before the Sixth Century’
Prof. Johnston’s lecture will be followed by a wine reception in the Elmwood Building at QUB.
